If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement only—no refunds. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process your claim. This must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing video requirements:

Must show the product being opened from its original packaging.

The defect or damage must be clearly visible.

The video must be continuous (unedited), clearly showing the outer packaging, product condition, and issue.
3. Replacement Approval Process
If your claim is approved:

We will ship a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

If the same item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.
4. No Refund Policy
Please note:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for damaged or missing items.

Only replacements will be issued, as per the terms communicated during the claim process.
5. Return Shipping (If Required)
In rare cases where we require the product to be returned:

6. Non-Replacable Products
